Yesterday we continued practicing describing people. Everybody had done their homework and it was pretty well done. Only a couple of reminders. When we use more than one adjective for something, as we usually do to describe hair, we put them one after the other before the noun.
Example: My brother has got short curly blond hair. We don't say:
We say: I have got blond hair and blue eyes. We don't say I have got
Later students asked each other questions about the characters on the book:
Is the woman tall?
And they answered:
No, she isn't. She is medium height.
Or
Has the young man got red hair?
Answer:
Ne, he hasn't. He's got blond hair.
We listened to a recording and students had to pick the right choice on their worksheet to show their comprehension. They had to know who they were talking about and some information about their look.
We rehearsed our play. Most students already know their lines. And the interpretation is getting better all the time.
Finally, we listened to our song again and completed and exercise filling in the words that were missing from the song.
