Hello guys!

You have to make sure you understand the blog and the homework. If you can't get any help from an older person who knows more than you and can explain something when you have a doubt you can use the translator,

I think, though, that your homework is usually very clear and all you have to do is read it carefully and pay attention. I always give you very clear examples. The examples come after the word Examples  which is underlined, that is, with a line under the word: ___________. OK?

Yesterday, besides completing and repeating your homework we reviewed the vocabulary we use to describe people.

We rehearsed our play. Most students already know all their lines. We must start thinking and planning costumes and props.
Costumes: clothes you wear to look like your character. Example: clothes you wear to look like an alien (maybe green clothes, a mask, etc.)
Props: things we use in the play, such as a spaceship, a gun, a basket for the girls' picnic.

Later we practiced asking each other question. First using the second person, Have you got short dark hair?, then, asking about a classmate: Has Nuria got blond curly hair?

I repeat:
When we talk about hair, eyes, nose, ears, etc. we use the verb have got/has got. When we use adjectives about the whole person, like tall, short, strong, slow, etc. we use are/is.
Example: Gonzalo has got short curly hair.
                 Sergio is tall and thin.

HOMEWORK

Talk about a best friend. Answer the questions:

1.What's his/her name?
2.How old is he/she?
3.What does he look like? (tall, blond hair, brown eyes?)
4.What is he/she like as a person? (friendly, clever, fast?)
5.What things does he like? ( sports, music, painting?)
6.Where does he/she live? ( town, near you or far from you, on your street or neighborhood?)
7.What do you do with your best friend?

Example:  1.My best friend's name is Erika. 2. She is 8 years old. 3. She is medium height and thin. She has got long wavy brown hair and brown eyes. 4. Erika is very friendly and playful. 5. She likes roller skating and reading stories. She also likes writing stories. 6. She lives near me, in the same neighborhood.7. We always play together in the afternoon. Some times we roller skate and sometimes we ride our bikes. And we invent stories.
